I forgot the administrator password. How do I access StoreJet Cloud (10K) settings?

To reset the administrator password, you must restore StoreJet Cloud (10K) to its default settings by pressing the reset button at the bottom of the StoreJet Cloud (10K) for 3-5 seconds. No data will be lost from StoreJet Cloud (10K) after this action.
