Why can't I find or delete files in the music player?

Please follow the steps below to solve the issue:
1. Make sure that the "USB Connection Type" is set to "USB function," not "MTP" in the Settings of the Digital Music Player.

2. Try another computer or USB cable to see if the problem relates to the computer or the USB cable.

3. Run a virus scan to see if the machine or your Digital Music Player is infected. You could refer to the below

4. If your problem still exists, please update the firmware of your music player. Please ensure to read the instructions before update. Download from:
